After receiving a large order of outdoor furniture from Superior, I realized I typed in the incorrect product number and ordered the wrong color. I immediately called customer support and was fortunate enough to have Selma address my concern. She said she'd talk to her manager and get back to me in 30 minutes. She called back within 30 minutes with great news for me, Superior would swap out the order even though it was my mistake. I can't say enough about how relieved I was that Superior was so understanding in helping me. Ordered 100 chairs for our business. Ordering process went smoothly. Shipping took just a week longer than expected. Chairs in good shape and Company willing to give me the same sale price to obtain 5 more chairs since I miscounted! Looks like Superior Seating has greatly improved it's customer service!

There were a few minor issues on delivery, but their customer service was quick to resolve them. Now, everything is set up and functioning well. Love the stools! They look amazing in my dining room. We did encounter a minor issue with delivery date initially, but Superior Seating’s customer service was exceptional. They quickly resolved the scheduling conflict and ensured the stools arrived promptly. We received metal chairs with a wooden veneer back & seat from Superior Seating and they arrived without damage, are very comfortable, and look great within the Mellow Mushroom restaurant. Highly recommend and will order from Jane again for stores in the future!
